SIMPLE WAY TO ADD COLOUR TO YOUR OUTFIT

Autumn is here!
Am I the only one who is kind of excited (might be because it's my birthday month)?
I just love the endless possibilities when it comes to styling and layering..ah, isn't it wonderful!!

Let's get to the point - when it comes to Fall, a lot of us choose to go back to the basic colours and it can somethings get a little boring. The same black coat from last year, grey scarf that's softer than Zewa Softis (might not be the best comparison but you get the point) and your trustee Asos mom jeans in, yes you guessed it, black.

Now you might be wondering of the ways to add some colour to this oh-so-dull ensemble whilst I've got it all figured out!

INTRODUCE SOME FUN FOOTWEAR TO YOUR WARDROBE!

I am all about a bright colour on my feet and always have been. it really lifts any outfit.

1. Pick the right colour
Blue might be your favourite colour but it doesn't mean it will suit your wardrobe.
Think of all the bright coloured accessories you normally wear - you might own a bright mustard bag or a beret in jade green. Try and match your footwear with the dominant colours of your wardrobe and you will be the coolest girl on the block!

2. Go for classics
When buying any footwear, it's great to know you will be able to wear it for a long time (who want's to spend money on something for this season only). Trends might come and go but the classics will always remain. Try and go for the timeless options and you won't regret it!

3. Be brave
If adding colour to an outfit is really what you're going for, be brave and don't shy away from the brightest colours. Yes, deep mustard or burgundy is still different from your normal shades of grey but it won't add such a punch as bright red!
In case you're not ready for such a step, try picking footwear that have intricate details and pops of colour instead.

4. Colour = print
Adding colour might not be your cup of tea so why not try some cool prints. Leopard print and snakeskin is super trendy this season so there are many options on the high street to pick from!
